Most projects run 12–16 weeks from contract signing to final deliverables, even though your actual time investment is under 8 hours. The rest of the time is for the design team to do what they do - Research, spec, and draft.

Yes, and that's by design. You stay in control of who you hire and how you spend, while Allegra Interiors provides the full plan, sourcing list, and (for larger projects) construction documents that your contractor can work from directly. However, we do have some great relationships with local contractors and can always offer recommendations.
